They have supervised, educated and lead project crews on commercial projects such as Citi Corp, a 5 building multi-level project, the St. Pete Times Forum, Tampa International Airport, Bay Front Center, CenCom at Mac Dill Air Force Base, The USF Science Center as well as other large projects.

Realty-Chek has proudly serviced the West Central area of Florida for the past 18 years.

Realty-Chek will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our clients. We understand that there are times that a client may only be in town over the week-end or that last minute scheduling is a necessity. Please feel free to request Saturdays or auxiliary inspection times.

Office Hours Mon– Fri 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Sat 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Our normal work day will vary depending on scheduled appointments. In order to stay succinct with the delivery of our services we try to schedule inspections within the following time frame Monday – Friday. Saturdays are available upon request.

Mornings: 8:00 AM to 11:00: AM

Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 3:00: PM
